By accessing or using Recipalyze, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the restaurant or business entity that you represent. If you are using Recipalyze for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must use accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that invited users only receive access appropriate to their job responsibilities.
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing membership, permissions, and prompt removal of access when staff change roles or leave the business.
Recipalyze provides tools for recipe costing, ingredient and inventory tracking, finance visibility, reporting, and operational analysis for restaurants and food businesses. We may add, remove, or modify features over time as the service evolves.
Recipalyze is designed around workspace-based access and restaurant isolation. Visibility of a navigation item or screen does not override underlying permission rules, and users may only use features that their account is authorized to access.
You retain responsibility for the data submitted to your workspace, including ingredient costs, recipe formulas, inventory transactions, orders, expenses, and user-generated content. You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload, process, and use that data in Recipalyze.
You grant Recipalyze a limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display customer data solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You may not use Recipalyze to:
- violate law, infringe rights, or process data you are not entitled to use;
- attempt to bypass authentication, tenant boundaries, or permission controls;
- reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or related infrastructure;
- upload malicious code, fraudulent data, or misleading financial or operational records intended to manipulate outputs;
- use the service to build a competing product or to scrape, harvest, or exfiltrate data without authorization.
Recipalyze helps restaurants organize and analyze operational data, but the service does not replace management judgment, accounting review, legal advice, tax advice, procurement review, or formal audit processes.
Costing, stock, margin, and AI-generated insight outputs depend on the quality and completeness of the data supplied to the workspace. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them and for maintaining the records needed to support your business decisions.
Recipalyze may interoperate with third-party tools or providers. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for products or services that are not operated by Recipalyze.
If you purchase a paid subscription, any pricing, billing cadence, taxes, plan limits, renewal terms, and payment obligations will be presented in the product, at checkout, or in a separate order form or commercial agreement. Failure to pay amounts due may result in feature restrictions, suspension, or termination where permitted.
Recipalyze and its related software, design, branding, documentation, and service materials are owned by Recipalyze or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable subscription term and only for your internal business operations.
If you submit suggestions, feedback, or product ideas, you agree that we may use them without restriction or obligation.
We may suspend or limit access to Recipalyze if reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate suspected misuse, respond to legal requirements, address non-payment, or prevent security incidents.
You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions related to payment obligations, intellectual property, limitations of liability, and dispute-related matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recipalyze is provided on an as available and as provided basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every restaurant workflow, accounting treatment, jurisdiction, or regulatory requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recipalyze and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Recipalyze for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by the customer for Recipalyze during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may also provide notice through the service or other account communications. Continued use of Recipalyze after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms should be sent through the support or account communication channel associated with your Recipalyze workspace, order form, or subscription relationship.
